Sie können die rooExtend-Box mit wenigen einfachen Schritten in Betrieb nehmen. Was Sie benötigen (und vermutlich schon betreiben), ist Roon auf einem beliebigen Rechner oder Roon-Core (z.B. Roon Nucleus), den Sie mit einem PC oder einem Tablet steuern. Dazu einen Router mit Internet-Zugang und ein Audio-Abspielgerät mit Roon Ready-Zertifizierung.
Alle Roon-Erweiterungen der rooExtend-Box werden in Zukunft weiterentwickelt. Zukunftssicherheit wird gewährleitet, indem neu erscheinende Roon-Erweiterungen immer automatisch auf die rooExtend-Box aufgespielt werden. So ist die rooExtend-Box immer auf dem aktuellen Stand, ohne dass Sie sich um irgendetwas kümmern müssen.
Alle Roon-Erweiterungen werden innerhalb von Roon im Menüpunkt Einstellungen/Erweiterungen angezeigt.
Dort werden auch die individuellen Einstellungen für die jeweilige Erweiterung vorgenommen. Für Sie bleibt also Roon die zentrale Anwendung, mit der Sie alles steuern, auch die Roon-Erweiterungen der rooExtend-Box.
